Parity Scan requires a computer running macOS (a Mac). It cannot be installed or run on an iPhone, iPad, Android device, or Windows PC alone. iPhone messages are read on the Mac via a standard Finder/iTunes backup. These requirements are disclosed prior to purchase; please confirm you have access to a Mac before buying.
Use of Parity Scan also requires Claude Code (free to install, available at claude.ai/code) and Claude Code access through your Claude account, organization account, or API configuration. Individual users commonly access Claude Code through a Claude Pro or Max subscription; API-key usage may be billed separately by Anthropic. You are responsible for maintaining your own Claude access and complying with Anthropic's terms of service at anthropic.com/terms. Parity Scan has no affiliation with Anthropic.
You agree to use Parity Scan only for lawful purposes and only on message data you have the legal right to access. You may not use Parity Scan to:
All digital product sales are final. Because Parity Scan is delivered instantly as a downloadable skill file, it cannot be returned once purchased.

Your purchase grants you a personal license to use these materials; it does not transfer ownership. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of parityscan.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Parity Scan, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated output, decisions made based on Parity Scan findings, or outcomes in legal, personal, or professional matters.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for Parity Scan.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Parity Scan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with a revised "Last updated" date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
